职位描述:

Director of Sales and Marketing, China and Asia-Pacific
Direct Report: General Manager
Basic Function:
Plans and develops objectives, policies and programs for sales and marketing activities in Asia-Pacific.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1、Participates in the development of sales and marketing strategies that will accomplish the company mission.
2、Expands business opportunities for the company by introducing new products and enhancing existing products.
3、Maintains current customer base and expands customer base to ensure achievement of profit goals. Maintains/develops personal relationships with customer decision makers.
4、Manages pricing to ensure appropriate gross margins.
5、Develops marketing plans which define overall strategies for each product category and individual products within those categories.
6、Manages the activities of sales and marketing personnel.

 
能力要求:

1、Equivalent of bachelors degree.

2、Fluent in Chinese and English. 

3、Minimum of 3 years managing a sales and marketing organization in Asia-Pacific. 

4、Self starter who embraces the opportunity to grow a business. 

5、Highly results-oriented, positive-minded leader with skills in selecting, developing, and motivating a professional sales and marketing organization.

6、A record of individual achievement as well as success as a team leader. 

7、Experience in creating and executing comprehensive, fact-based sales and marketing plans. 

8、Possesses personal confidence and the social skills needed to effectively build and maintain. meaningful, respected, and influential business relationships with customer channel decision-makers. 

9、Can effectively build and grow a business network among key decision-makers. 

10、Is customer-centric in focusing on understanding customers` businesses thoroughly to ensure that his/her strategies and direction to the company will result in predictably successful initiatives 

11、Has good general business sense and knowledge, understanding the need for effective, timely communication, and the importance of profitability for long-term sustainability. 

12、Skill in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations. 

13、Willing to do whatever travel is required to meet his business objectives and be the company expert on the market.
